This is a 60 minute Zoom workshop from 4-28-24. Dobro Island is one of my favorite tunes from Mike Auldridge's first solo album. This lesson focuses on the phrasing and lick variations in Mike's second solo. There's even a three string slant! This beautiful song is in the key of A, played without a capo. This is one of the first arrangements I learned that had a slant in it. It's not too challenging and has a nice relaxing Hawaiian feel.
