This is a 75 minute Zoom workshop from 1-28-24 Ginseng Sullivan is among my favorite Norman Blake songs and it’s hard to beat this version from Tony Rice’s Manzanita album. It's in the key of E and I love how Flux capos the 2nd fret to create an opportunity for a flash of 16th notes in the middle of this iconic solo. Jerry has a great way of interpreting the melody and fitting in some wonderful licks. We'll go through this one slowly. The hammer-n/pull-off section isn't as hard as it sounds (once you slow it down a bit).
