This is a 60 minute Zoom workshop from 2-25-24. Benny Thomasson’s Midnight On The Water is one of my favorite tunes to play on Dobro and Weissenborn. It lays out great in both D and G tuning and is a popular tune in both Bluegrass and Old Time circles.. We'll learn the melody in the first class and explore phrasing variations and ways to approach accompanying yourself in the second class.
