Fills & Backup - Nine Pound Hammer - Jerry Douglas

This is a 60 minute Zoom workshop from 2-4-24 We learned Jerry's epic solo, now it's time to learn what he does the rest of the song. Backup and fills. We'll pin point the spaces that need filling, the target notes of the melody, and the licks that Jerry uses to compliment the vocal and lead us through the chord changes. The end goal is to build our vocabulary of fills to apply to other songs. *Key of "A" capo 2nd fret.
