Bar Control - Left Hand Technique

This is a 70 minute Zoom workshop from 3-17-24. This class focuses on the left hand technique necessary for playing clean and developing speed. We cover bar tilt to play individual strings, techniques to eliminate buzzes while moving from string to string, how to eliminate unwanted sliding sounds without lifting the bar, hand tension, bar pressure, and intonation. I'll walk you through some fun exercises for achieving different types of expressive slides to achieve a vocal like quality.
